The hotel offers excellent value for money, providing spacious and clean rooms that comfortably accommodate guests. It's conveniently located near shopping facilities, which is a plus. However, I found the Wi-Fi only available in the lobby inconvenient, and some aspects of customer service could use improvement, especially regarding clear instructions for check-in.
My experience was quite mixed. While I found the place between Saint Nazaire and La Baule handy for parking and clean, the overall service left much to be desired. The room was decent for the low price, but the breakfast was lackluster and the Wi-Fi access was limited to the lobby, which was quite an inconvenience. Overall, it had good potential but fell short in several areas.
The apartments are situated on the outskirts of Saint Nazaire, offering ample space and a well-appointed kitchen that makes them ideal for a self-catering stay. However, the lack of clear instructions on how to access the apartment when reception is closed and not having staff available on Sundays can lead to frustration for guests. While the surroundings provide a decent experience, poor customer service is a significant drawback that can overshadow the stay.
